“TPR-Dependency Review”
I hired Lucy as my lawyer for my dependency case. It started off as a TPR (Termination of Parental Rights) and fast forward to almost 2 years, I am happy to say that my family is back together and we are just weeks into getting our son's custody back.
My case was very delicate, difficult and unusual (as many would agree). Lucy is extremely well known in the dependency court and very well respected which was the main reason I hired her as I needed someone with experience for my case.
Throughout the ups and downs of my case (which trust me, there were many downs), I felt extremely comfortable and secured having her as my lawyer. I can say that Lucy was very professional, empathetic towards my family and I but still managed to respectfully not sugar coat things when needed. I would recommend her as an attorney in a heart beat and I'll be forever thankful for what she did to my family and I.

“Wonderful Attorney”
Lucia represented us in the adoption of our son. She was there with us since the beginning, guiding us thru the process and going the extra mile to make sure we understood everything. We really liked that she was always very honest and direct with us, keeping our hopes up but with our feet on the ground, providing guidance and support during the most important time of our lives. Great lawyer with lots of experience and professionalism. Definitely, the best lawyer you could have by your side for a successful adoption.

“Lucy Pineiro for Family Law”
Lucy has helped me with 2 different cases. The first was the adoption of my daughter. Lucy made this process as easy as possible. She kept my husband and I informed each step of the way and helped us get through the stressful times.
The second time we hired Lucy was for my son's custody case. Again, she made this process as comforting and easy as possible. She took time to explain every step and what to expect. She was supportive and kept us in the loop. We knew what to expect and that made the process much easier. I highly recommend Lucy and her team.

“Exceptional Service”
Lucy C. Pineiro was that light at the end of our tunnel. I am a very strong believer that everything happens for a reason. I remember when we were referred to Mrs. Pineiro by our first attorney that she could no longer continue with our case due to personal reasons. Mrs. Pineiro and her entire law firm was so dedicated and passionate. Her team always answered every single phone call, every email so promptly; even when we just wanted to express our feeling because sometimes it was too much to handle at once. “An Incredible Asset!!!”
Ms. Piniero has been an incredible asset for our family. She helped accurately expedite the adoption of our two children. She is an expert in all kinds of adoptions, however, our family is a same-sex family. My partner and I have been together for close to 19 years. Few times have we come across a professional that has been willing to go above and beyond her title, as Ms. Piniero has done. We definitely recommend her as an attorney and honest guide through the process of adoption. We have also reffered her to family and friends that have worked with her in other aspects of family law and they have been just as happy as we’ve been.
